Divine Coincidences: How God's Plan Unfolds in Our Lives

Have you ever experienced something positive in your life and attributed it to luck or coincidence? Many of us tend to use these terms to describe the good things that happen to us, but what if I told you that there's no such thing as coincidence? It's all part of God's plan.

I've had several experiences in my life that have convinced me of this, and I know I'm not alone.

The first one happened when I was traveling to Asia back in 2014 with my 2-year-old toddler. We were running late for our connecting flight, and I was worried we would miss it. But when I arrived at the reception desk, the receptionist told me that our connecting flight was delayed for an hour.

I was so relieved and grateful! It gave me enough time to sit down and catch my breath while my little one played around. It felt like such a lucky coincidence, but now I realize that it was all part of God's plan.

The second experience happened when I had a really important meeting with a client, but my power went out at home.

I had to rent a hotel room so I can use their wi-fi for a few hours, which would cost me $125. I called ahead to ask if it was possible to just rent it for a shorter period, but they said it wasn't. I had no choice but to book the room and take my son along. We had a productive meeting, I got the contract and even enjoyed the hotel's swimming pool (my son loves swimming!).

When we checked out, the receptionist told me that I didn't have to pay anything! I couldn't believe it - it was completely free! It was like a miracle that saved me a lot of money.

Looking back, I realize that it was all part of God's plan. As the Bible says in Proverbs 16:9, "The heart of man plans his way, but the Lord establishes his steps."

These little coincidences that we experience in our lives are not coincidences at all - they are God's plan unfolding in front of us. And as Romans 8:28 says, "And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose."

So next time you experience something that seems like a coincidence, remember that it might just be God working in your life. Trust in Him and have faith that everything will work out according to His plan.
